The apartment is for long-term rental — at least 6 months. The apartments are owned by a legal entity — the SATO company, that is why we have no commission.The monthly rent covers all utility payments including meter readings, Internet and TV.
When moving in, the first and last month rent is paid, and the security deposit is made.
